Mark Bosko, our Director of Wine, comes to us from several years working at Oregon's exquisite Domaine Drouhin. Mark successfully managed the tasting room at DDO and fostered great relationships in the Oregon wine community. Mark is here to help you hand select the most appropriate wine for your dinner, cellar, and special occasion or outing. Our focus is finding rare, small lot Oregon wines each harvest. We highlight the northern Willamette Valley AVA's of Dundee Hills, Chehalem Mtn., Yamhill-Carlton, and Eola- Amity Hills while also offering a strong selection from both the Southern Oregon and Columbia Valley Appellations. International wine finds can be found on our dining wine list as well.
One of our owners, Paul deLancellotti, of deLancellotti Family Vineyards, is our in-house Director of Education and Sustainability. His vineyard, is one of the first Demeter Certified Biodynamic vineyards in Oregon. Paul leads by example and models sustainable practices through out the Inn, Farm to Fork, and Press. He is available to answer questions surrounding our corporate practices and sustainability goals. Paul offers a wealth of knowledge on local soil, vineyard management practices and in-depth knowledge of the wines we serve.
Economically, times have changed and we believe some of the old rules are being re-written. The wines on our list are uniquely priced with consideration for today's economy. Instead of a traditional pricing structure, our wines are available to pull off the shelf and enjoy at dinner with a small corkage fee. Many of these wines are difficult to find and are not available to most consumers.
Press Plates – We offer a small-plate wine bar menu including local cheeses & spreads, charcuterie, the classic burger and turkey club. We have a community table for a casual approach to dining, in addition to an ample wine bar seating twelve, two corner fireplace tables for 4-8 and outdoor seating, weather permitting.
Here are some of our exquisite producers; click here to see our entire wine list!
