Winemaker's Dinner-Chehalem Wines

 Join us for the 5th in our winemaker dinner series featuring the wines of Chehalem Wines!

Chehalem (pronounced Chuh-hay-lum) is a local Calapooia Indian word best translated as "gentle land" or "valley of flowers" which captures a long-standing, almost religious reverence for the land. The winemaker understands this reverance and is dedicated to reflecting as purely as possible what the vineyard has produced without compromising great fruit.

 Equally well-known for red and white wine quality, they carry a passion and focus for cool climate varieties that reflect both site and climate in complex, structured and intensely fruited wines.

This Prix Fix dinner of five courses begins at 6pm and the cost is $75/person which includes the wine pairings but not the gratuity. Reservations are required. Please call 503-538-7970 to save your seat as this special experience is limited to 20 guests!
